-
Bondi Longevity works with a network of independent, AHPRA-registered doctors practising across Australia. All doctors on the platform are fully qualified and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and conduct consultations in accordance with Australian medical standards and clinical guidelines.
All clinical decisions, including assessments, health plans, and where appropriate, prescriptions, are made solely by these independent practitioners. Bondi Longevity provides the platform and coordination infrastructure that connects patients with doctors and supports their ongoing care journey.
Our patient support team is based in Sydney and is available to assist with any questions relating to your appointments, results, and ongoing care.
-
All care is delivered remotely via our telehealth platform. After purchasing your initial assessment package, you will receive a pathology request and a link to book your video consultation with an independent, AHPRA-registered doctor.
Your blood results and health history are reviewed by your doctor, who will then prepare and send you a personalised health plan. Where a prescription is clinically appropriate, your doctor will send it directly to an independent, accredited Australian compounding pharmacy, which will dispense and deliver your medication to you.
Bondi Longevity coordinates the process and provides ongoing support throughout your care journey.
GETTING STARTED
-
Bondi Longevity is designed for adults aged 18 and over who are looking to take a proactive approach to their health. To receive a prescription, you must be assessed and approved by an independent, AHPRA-registered doctor as part of your initial consultation.
Eligibility is determined on an individual basis by your treating doctor, who will review your health history, blood results, and personal goals before making any clinical recommendations.
-
There are certain medical conditions and circumstances where treatment may not be appropriate. These will be identified during your initial health assessment and reviewed by your doctor prior to your consultation.
Your doctor will review your full health history, current medications, and blood results before making any clinical recommendations. If treatment is not considered appropriate for you, your doctor will advise you of this during your consultation.
If you are deemed unsuitable prior to your pathology and doctor consultation, you will receive a full refund minus a $59 administration fee, which covers the cost of your initial health assessment being reviewed by a doctor.
If you have a serious or complex medical condition, we recommend speaking with your regular GP or specialist before proceeding.
-
Please disclose all current medications, supplements, and treatments in your initial health assessment form. Your doctor will review this information as part of your consultation and will take it into consideration when making any clinical recommendations.
It is important that you provide a complete and accurate medical history to ensure your safety and the appropriateness of any treatment recommended.
-
At this stage, consultations are assigned based on doctor availability. All doctors on the Bondi Longevity platform are independent, AHPRA-registered practitioners who conduct consultations in accordance with Australian medical standards, so you can be confident you are in experienced hands regardless of which doctor you are assigned.
-
Yes. Blood testing is a core part of Bondi Longevity’s process. Our signature assessment package includes a pathology request issued by your doctor, which you will receive prior to your consultation. You will need to attend an accredited pathology collection centre to have your blood drawn at least one week prior to your appointment to ensure your results are available for your doctor to review before your telehealth consultation.
We will send you a reminder to complete your blood tests at least one week before your appointment.
Your results are reviewed by your doctor as part of your consultation and form the basis of your personalised health plan.
If you already have bloods from less than 3 months ago that you think may be relevant, we can accomodate this and the doctor may be able to review those results. Please contact us about this.
-
Your blood tests are included in your initial assessment package and are prepaid, so there is nothing additional to pay at the collection centre. Simply take your pathology request to any of our partnering collection centres, which are located across Australia. No appointment is required, however, making an appointment or attending early in the day can save time.
-
Results are typically returned within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the tests requested and your collection centre location. This is why we recommend booking your doctors consultation at least one week after your blood test to ensure your doctor has everything they need before your appointment.
-
No. As with all medical treatments, individual results will vary. The treatments recommended by your doctor are based on your personal health data, blood results, and clinical assessment, but no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Bondi Longevity and its independent doctors are committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs, however results depend on a range of factors including your health history, lifestyle, and adherence to your recommended plan.
ORDER PROCESS
-
To get started, simply select your assessment package on our website and complete the checkout process. You will then receive your health assessment form to complete online. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your pathology request, as our doctor will review your health assessment form before it is issued. This will usually be much sooner however.
Once you receive your pathology request, complete your blood tests at least one week before your telehealth consultation to ensure your results are available for your doctor to review.
-
From the time you place your order to receiving your health plan and medication depends on the package your choose. For more information, explore our packages or email us.
-
Your health plan is a personalised document prepared by your treating doctor following your telehealth consultation and blood test review. It outlines your results, your doctor's clinical recommendations, and where appropriate, any prescribed treatments or medications, including their costs and how they may assist your health goals.
Once you receive your health plan, you can review the recommended treatments and medications at your own pace, and select the ones you would like to proceed with. There is no obligation to proceed with every recommendation.
Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch your welcome kit, which includes a custom storage box, alcohol swabs, detailed product information, and instructions for safe administration of your treatments.
-
Your health plan will be emailed to you following your telehealth consultation. Please allow up to 3 business days from your consultation for your doctor to prepare and issue your plan.
If you have not received your health plan within 3 business days of your consultation, please contact our team at info@bondilongevity.com.
-
Not necessarily. If you are reordering a previously prescribed medication within a clinically appropriate timeframe, a new consultation may not be required. However, your doctor will determine whether a follow up consultation is needed based on your individual circumstances and the nature of your treatment.
If a follow up consultation is required, this will be communicated to you by our team prior to your order being processed.
Repeat scripts are available for certain products. Discuss this with your doctor.
-
Once a prescription has been issued by your doctor and sent to our compounding pharmacy, we are unable to make changes to your order as your medication will have begun the compounding process.
